1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These Terms & Conditions cover the Causal Cubed™ website, the Activity Fallacy Test and purchases of our digital products. The seller and website operator is Causa Strategy Group LLC, based in New Jersey, USA. Contact us at info@causalcubed.com.

Please read these terms and the relevant product description before purchasing. Your purchase is governed by the terms and product-specific conditions presented to you at the time of the order, together with any separate agreement we expressly make with you. Keep your order confirmation for reference.

If a product has a specific license, that license governs its permitted use. Any material license restrictions must be made available before purchase; we will not impose new restrictions on an existing purchase merely by including them in a file delivered afterward. Nothing in these terms overrides rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

2. Using the website and the test

You may browse the website and take the test without creating an account or supplying an email address. To purchase, you must have the legal capacity to enter into the transaction and authority to use the payment method. If you order on behalf of an organization, you must be authorized to do so.

Our articles, test results, frameworks and recommendations are educational resources for thinking about business strategy. The test reflects the answers you select; it is not an independent audit of your organization or a substitute for advice suited to your circumstances. Recommendations may include products we sell.

You remain responsible for your business decisions and for how you apply the materials. We do not promise a particular commercial outcome, revenue increase, market position or result from using the test or a product. This does not limit our responsibility to supply the product as described or your rights concerning defective or misdescribed products.

3. Products and bundles

Our toolkit consists of digital products, including The Activity Fallacy (Pocket Guide), Pocket Guide + Audio, The Full Cascade Worksheet, The Cascade Session — Standard and The Cascade Session — Facilitator Guide. Bundle offerings are identified on the site as The Cascade Kit and The Cascade Kit — Facilitator. The product listing identifies availability and the files, formats and materials included in your purchase. No physical goods are shipped.

Before ordering, check the listed format and whether your device and software support it. A fillable PDF requires software that supports its form features; an editable PPTX requires compatible presentation software. Contact us before purchase if you need clarification about compatibility or a particular use.

A bundle includes the products named in its description. Buying a bundle does not expand the license of an included product beyond the rights expressly offered. The name “Session” refers to the digital materials described in the listing; it does not, by itself, include a live session run by our team. Live facilitation, consulting and other separately purchased services are governed by their own agreement.

4. Prices and payment

Catalog prices are displayed in US dollars unless another currency is expressly identified. Check the amount and currency shown in Stripe before confirming payment. If checkout offers a currency conversion, the selected currency and any disclosed conversion charges apply to that payment; your bank or payment provider may impose its own charges.

Applicable taxes or other charges collected at checkout are shown before you pay. The total presented for your order is the amount you authorize. Our digital toolkit purchases are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions. An optional email subscription does not create a paid subscription.

Payment is processed by Stripe. Provide an accurate email address so that we can send your purchase confirmation and access instructions. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number or security code in our website or delivery application.

Where a product or bundle shows a Founding price, it is the current introductory price. A higher price shown for later sales describes a planned future increase, not a price previously charged. Where an end date is stated, the offer identifies the current price, that date and the price that will follow. The displayed checkout price applies to the order you place. A future price change does not create an additional charge for an earlier purchase. We do not promise an end date unless one is stated.

If there is a material pricing error, an unavailable product or a payment problem, we will contact you where needed to resolve it. We will not silently charge a higher price or substitute a materially different product. If we cannot fulfill a paid order, we will refund it.

5. Delivery and download access

After successful payment, we provide digital access instructions using the email address entered at checkout. Payment confirmation or delivery may occasionally be delayed by payment verification or a technical issue. If your email does not arrive, check your spam folder and contact info@causalcubed.com with your order reference.

The email may open a private “Your download” page from which you request the purchased file or files. Keep private access links confidential and use them only within your product’s license. A link may expire for security reasons; its expiry is shown in the delivery message where applicable. If you need help with an expired or inaccessible link, contact us so that we can verify the order and assist you.

The expiry of a download link does not by itself cancel the license for a product you validly obtained or determine your refund rights. Keep a secure copy of the files you are entitled to use. A purchase does not include a promise of indefinite online hosting, future editions, ongoing updates or individual consulting unless the product description or a separate agreement expressly includes them.

6. Product licenses and intellectual property

Purchasing a digital product gives you permission to use the materials within the scope stated in the product description and any applicable product-specific license. It does not transfer ownership of our copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property. Website and product materials are protected to the extent provided by applicable law.

Unless the relevant license expressly allows it, do not resell, sublicense, publicly upload or redistribute the source files, share private download links with unauthorized users, remove ownership notices, or present our materials as your own. You may exercise rights that applicable law gives you, including any applicable fair-use rights.

The Cascade Session — Facilitator Guide. Your purchase gives you, the individual buyer, a personal right to use the Facilitator Guide to run Cascade Sessions an unlimited number of times, for your own organization or for clients. You may adapt the slides to fit your audience, provided the Causal Cubed™ attribution stays on them. You may share the participant slides as a PDF with people who attended your session.

The Facilitator Guide is for one person. You may not share, forward, upload or give the file, or any adapted version of it, to anyone else, including colleagues who want to facilitate. Each facilitator needs their own copy. You may not resell the guide or use it to train other facilitators. For team purchases, contact info@causalcubed.com.

Any permission to edit a template applies within its license and does not automatically permit resale or distribution of the original template. You retain rights in your own original business information, answers and work; we do not claim ownership of those merely because you use our framework or materials. Nothing in these terms restricts lawful, honest reviews of your experience.

7. Refunds and replacements

Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms and is the single source for refund eligibility, replacements, request deadlines and response times. Please review it before purchasing. Expiry of a private download link does not determine your refund rights.

8. Support and communications

Contact info@causalcubed.com for purchase, file-access, license and support questions. We may ask for your order reference and enough information to verify the purchase and understand the issue. Purchase support does not include a consulting engagement or facilitated session unless you separately purchased one.

Purchase and requested-result emails are sent from hello@mail.causalcubed.com, with replies directed to our support address. Buying a product, taking the test or asking for a result by email does not automatically subscribe you to future marketing. Updates require the separate subscription choice and confirmation described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Acceptable use and security

Do not use the website or download service to commit fraud, distribute malicious software, interfere with availability, bypass access controls, access another person’s order without permission, or infringe the rights of others. Do not use automated requests to evade rate limits or disrupt the service.

We may restrict access reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, misuse or a security incident. If this affects a legitimate purchase, contact us for review. A security restriction does not automatically remove your contractual or statutory rights, and it is not a reason to deny an otherwise valid refund or remedy.

10. Third-party services and privacy

We use third-party services to operate the website, process payments, send emails and deliver files. External websites and services have their own terms and privacy notices. Stripe’s payment-processing role does not replace our responsibilities as the seller of the product.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle test answers, contact information, orders, downloads, analytics and subscription choices. Agreeing to purchase terms is not consent to analytics cookies or future marketing emails.

11. Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the website and delivery service available, but access can be interrupted by maintenance, provider outages or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If an interruption prevents you from receiving a purchase, contact us for assistance and any remedy due under these terms or applicable law.

Educational materials cannot account for every organization or guarantee that a strategy will succeed. You are responsible for evaluating whether and how to use them in your circumstances. We remain responsible for the obligations we undertake and for liabilities that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud or other conduct for which liability cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Resolving concerns and applicable law

If you have a concern, please contact us with the relevant details so that we can try to resolve it. Contacting us does not waive your right to seek a remedy through your payment provider, a consumer authority or a court, or extend any deadline for doing so.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and applicable US federal law, without displacing mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. They do not require binding arbitration or waive your right to bring an individual or collective claim where permitted by law. Any dispute may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction; these terms do not require you to give up a forum or remedy guaranteed by applicable law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future use and purchases. The date above identifies the current version. Changes do not retroactively reduce the rights granted for an existing order. If a change to an existing agreement requires notice or consent, we will follow the applicable requirements.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue only to the extent permitted by law. Our decision not to enforce a provision on one occasion does not automatically waive it on another.
