Refund Policy
Last updated:
Our toolkit products are digital downloads. Sales are final once the purchased product has been downloaded or accessed, subject to the exceptions below and any rights provided by applicable law. We do not offer a change-of-mind refund after access, or a refund simply because applying the framework did not produce the outcome you expected.
We will refund or replace an order in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate charge: you were charged more than once for the same purchase. We will correct the duplicate charge.
- Faulty file: the file supplied is corrupted, incomplete or will not open, and we cannot fix the issue within two business days of your reporting it to us.
- Before access: you request a refund within seven days of purchase and have not downloaded or accessed the purchased product.
For this policy, access concerns the purchased content itself, such as a downloaded file or streamed audio. Merely opening a purchase email, order confirmation or “Your download” access page does not by itself count as accessing the product. We review reported delivery problems and the available records; a technical download record is not conclusive proof that you successfully received or opened the content.
To request a refund or replacement, email info@causalcubed.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. We respond to requests within five business days. This is our response timeframe, not a guarantee of when your bank will display a refund. Do not send your full card number or security code.
This policy applies to individual digital products and bundles. For a bundle issue, identify the affected files so that we can review the order and the appropriate remedy. Live facilitation and other services purchased separately have their own agreements.
Nothing in this policy excludes a refund, replacement or other remedy required by applicable law, including for a product that was not supplied or was materially different from what was promised. The seven-day unused-product period does not shorten any mandatory legal rights.
This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
